The designers receive the notification on their registered email ID and WhatsApp number in order to book the appointment. Here we keep reserving the appointment fee in our suspense account till the success of the appointment.
In Scenario 1, if the appointment is a success, the appointment fee is transferred from the suspense account to our main account.
In Scenario 2, if the appointment is declined for any reason, the appointment fee is reversed from the suspense account to your source account within the stipulated TAT.
