The major requirement is civil work. Needs a few internal partitionings. Flooring and tile needs to be changed, Kitchen platform needs to be changed, and an open kitchen with a bar needs to be made. One bathroom needs to be made into a bathroom + washroom, and the storage area behind it has to be taken inside. The other washroom needs to be made through the bedroom. Take the balcony of the living and bedroom inside, painting, lighting, wiring, false ceiling (optional), and furniture (optional).
